Associations work best when members get involved! IndiePet currently operates five committees and two task forces addressing all parts of independent pet retail including Standards, Education, Marketing, Operations, Disaster Preparation and Recovery, and more! Committees are open to all IndiePet members.
Neighborhood Pet Store Day
Held on the 4th Saturday in September, IndiePet's day to celebrate independent pet retailers is open to all indie pet retailers with special perks for IndiePet members. Manufacturers have the opportunity to sponsor this fun event and get their brands in front of thousands of new customers. Last year, more than 1,200 retailers participated and 100 brand-sponsored offers yielded a whopping $2 million in MSRP sales.
